Hello i thought i would also make a forum which is still getting better and better by adding new features. I tried to move as far away as PC as i think i could of and i hope everyone enjoys it and hope it doesn't make people angry lol.

oh god not the forum phase again. happened this time last year aswell, everyone starts making forums. trust me if people wanted to discuss general stuff there is plenty of forums out there. so ill give you some advice now. give up now before you spend too much time on it and get no reward .

A tip, take away all of the cricket games downloads forums, they will not compete with planetcricket unless you are a programming expert.

Thats exactly the point he was making.

I've no problem with people making forums and I wish you luck, however your forum will definatley not take off unless you have something that most other forums dont have. Making a forum with similar categories to a well established forum and then hoping you'll get members from that forum will just leave you with a handful of bad members that arent the kind you will need to build the site up.

no one is saying its rubbish its just to run a forum it takes a hell of alot of work to get it off the ground. what most people are saying is that if you have the determination then you should do it but make sure you know what your getting into. Once again good luck .

@ Everyone: If you would like to join you can but when PC started it would of been the same and if it only started today and it is starting to get alot done then doesn't that count for something?

PC wouldn't have taken off and neither would cricket2004.co.uk, my old site, without exclusive content. Forums alone aren't enough.
