Swinging and Seaming

could somebody post a screenshot of what i have to do to make the ball swing and seam, i am able to make the ball swing a little and i have had 2 or 3 seam a mile but ive no idea how i did it, can someone clear this up for me? :huh:

you know how the power goes up when your about to bowl and you have to stop it,theres a line before the no-ball part if you stop it on the line it will swing alot more.

on some pitches it seams quite a way.what do you mean who do i want to win?
