does anyone know when team india will start wearing newly designed jerseys ??? i mean, i like the good ol' india flag/light blue shirt, buts time for a change .... its been the same for like 4 years now. australia and many others have changed theirs nearly 3-5 times by now.

I wouldn't mind a change in ODI shirts, but i guess everyone is happy with the current one. If they do change it, I hope its not something horrible looking...

i thought they had a new one

But They have not worn it yet

I think you mean the sponsorship changes on the shirt, because usually they make a big deal of it, and India is now wearing the latest one (Nike). Apologies if you didn't mean that...

Has anyone seen the World Cup Leisure wear (as shown on ads on Cricinfo). The Indian one looks weird, because it is dark navy with green. Hoepfully they keep the one they have now instead of using that one, if they are planning to use it.

This has been mentioned in a thread earlier. The leisure wear on Cricinfo has nothing to do with what the teams are expected to wear--they're just overpriced polo shirts in the team colors.

If they use the current kit till next world cup, they'll be the first team to wear same uniform for two world cups. :p

But its the same basic design. Other teams have changed theirs quite often in this time. Personally I'd like to see the trend of different jerseys every World Cup being carried on, just for the World Cups though.

:) The optimist would say, the Indian jersey is the only one that has survived two world cups (if it does indeed).

I liked that dark blue kit everyone though they would use, but they didn't it was just a training shirt :(.
