Team Names - ...team_names.gbb

How foolish we have been!We have been trying to change the team names from the teams folder,while there actually is a file named team_names.gbb in the blc root directory which obviously contains the team names.Any ideas on how to edit it?

Unfortunately this file doesn't seem to do anything.
I deleted it once and played the game and there was no difference - it doesn't appear to contain the information.
