The New and Improved Interview Thread - Nominations

I have decided to renew the popular interview thread made famous by evertonfan, as one has not been done since April this year, when evertonfan was interviewed.

Basically for those who weren't around for its short-lived, but all the same glorious days, the interview thread allows users to nominate a forum member to be interviewed by you, the members.

All members can nominate once, and then ask one question of the user that gets the most nominations.

So, what is the improved part of this, you may be asking yourselves, or you may have completely forgotten about the title of the thread, and are getting as confused as I am typing this sentence?. I couldn't remember/decide whether that last sentence should end with a question mark or full stop.

Moving along, the improved part is that the person who wins will, assuming that everything falls into place,* be interviewed in an episode of the Planetcricket podcast, 'Youth Cluster' which was started by Duffarama and will now be co-hosted by myself, which will be returning bigger and better than ever in 2008.

*They must obviously agree, and also must have a microphone for their computer.

The Strangely Familiar Nomination Rules:

• Strictly one nomination per member
• The person who you are nominating must have been an active member for at least 6 months. If a person hasn't been active for 6 months then they must have at least 1,000 posts.
• Please avoid chatting in here. Just post your nomination and a reason why if you feel you need to.
• Try to avoid unnecessary conversations such as "Thanks for nominating me" and "Why have you chose me?" in here. It will make it easier for me to count the nominations.
• You cannot nominate yourself but you can rule yourself out of contention by saying so in here.
• No petitioning or I'll discount your vote.
• Nominations will close officially close on the 4th of January at 12am (midnight) GMT.

Remember that the aim is to find things out about users you may not know much about, but are interested in. Don't pick someone you know a lot about, pick someone you find interesting but, as I said, know little about.
