Tool to switch between graphics?

I noticed that there are many TV overlays, graphics, stumps, ads, etc to choose in the downloads section. Is there any tool to easily switch between using these in the game or do we have to manually overwrite patches every time?

I've searched the downloads section, but there isn't anything obvious there.

Mostly, we have to manually switch between them as there is no tool to switch graphics.

But there is a tool to change TV Overlays, created by das_vicky (not sure).

It can be found with the Mega Patch (maybe).
