Tracking and Records - Why are my records deleted?

How can I stop my records and tracking being deleted? When I start a new match in a Tets Season the records and tracking are deleted i.e I only ever get one game recorded in the Tracking section.

Hi,

Try changing the properties of all the files in blc directory(where game is installed from read-only to archive).Not sure whether this is the correct solution.
