Tragic Save game issue.

Hi there,

I have built up an amazing career in Cricket Captain 2002. I am now in the year 2014, and finally my national team is coming right.

The devastating part of all this is, after the 2013 season comes to an end, I click on the 'next' button to go to the winter period where the game usually simulates all the other national sides matches, but instead, the game crashes with one of those classic 'send' or 'dont send' messages popping up.

All i can do now is hope there is some sort of solution to this problem? I would hate to have to start over and forget about my saved game...

Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

ICC 2002 is quite an old game now. Sorry, but there isn't anything I can do. Even if it was a fixable issue, it would probably mean you having to start the game again.

Hi Sureshot.

I don't mean with the game itself, I was referring to the saved game. When I load the saved game I cant get past this certain point. I have a back-up of the game but when I play the season over, I still get stuck at the start of the winter in 2013. The game itself works 100%.

Sorry Nathan, that's what I meant. Even if you fixed the bug, it wouldn't fix it for that save.

Are you using the patched version?
