This is the England Road To Germany 2006.
Sky Sports will bring you all the coverage of each match.

Here are the fixtures for the 2005 season:

Gary Neville took a pre season set back today as he pulled his hamstring in training.Gary Neville was annoyed and frustrated that he will have to sit aside three weeks of pre season training and will not have as much time to prepare for the season.

Meanwhile in other news Jack Teague,England's newly appointed manager, has spoke today about his predictions of the world cup in Germany 2006."This is our best chance to win the World Cup since 66 and I would love to win the world cup in my first year incharge. But we need to overcome teams like Brazil,Italy,France and Germany if we are going to have a chance to win. Also we must play better against teams we do not have a good record against like Portugal and Sweden."

Charity Shield:Chelsea vs Arsenal

John Terry - Poor game at the back letting Arsenal get on top of them.Would have been replaced if he was not John Terry. And to top it off scored the first Arsenal goal putting it past his own keeper.
Rating - 4/10

Frank Lampard - Didn't really touch the ball often and didn't really dominate the game like he usually does.to top it off he got sent off for double yellow. Not a good game for the Chelsea midfielder.
Rating - 5/10

Ashley Cole - Was strong at left back and cleared most balls that came to him.Got forward well and then got back quickly to help defend. One of the best defenders on the pitch.
Rating -8/10

Shaun Wright Phillips - Same as Frank Lampard didn't really get the ball down the right and didn';t really produce any sort of chances.A few bright sparks but overall didn't really fire.
Rating - 6/10

Joe Cole - Came on with 18 minutes left so therefore didn't really get any rhtym going and didn't have time to make an impact.Rating - 6/10

Aston Villa vs West Ham
Aston Villa scrapped through this tough encounter by 3 goals to 2 against a good West Ham side.Jaun Pablo Angel fired in 2 early on to put the Villans in a commanding position. But West Ham didn't give up and on the stroke of half time the lead was cut in two by old England international Teddy Sheringham. But Aston Villa came out the stronger in the second half and scored within 5 minutes of the restart. An own goal by Bouma at the end gave the game a nail bitting finish but Villa crawled home in the end!

Premiership Round up

Blackburn vs Chelsea
This game turned into a blood bath with 3 red cards with 2 from Blackburn and 1 from Chelsea.Chelsea ended up easy winners winning 3 goals to Nil.New signing Ronaldo started off the game in style with a 3rd minute penalty. Then Michael Gray got sent off for Blackburn for a bad challenge on Ronaldo and he was through on goal. Then Aaron Makoena brought down Ronaldo in the penalty area and the referee had no choice but to send him off.Ronaldo then drilled straight at Friedel and then did the same on the rebound.Essien gets sent off for a second yellow card offence and it brings the teams down to 9 vs 10An own goal comes next by Lucas Neil and then completes his second 30 seconds later chipping the keeper.
MOM:Ronaldo

Premiership Round up

Fulham vs West Brom
Fulham won three-Nil but were very much put under pressure and the score didn't reflect the true match.West Brom committed to many fouls(19) and that lost them the game.Claus Jensen scored first for Fulham on 34 minutes and then Heidar Helgusson 3 minutes later. It didn't help west Brom's cause when Kevin Campbell went off injured on 74 minutes and Collins John buried a 3rd on 85 minutes to get an undeserved 3-0 victory.
MOM:Luis Boa Morte
Goalscorers:Claus jensen,Heidar Helgusson,Collins John

Man Utd vs Portsmouth
This match turned out to be an easy win for Man Utd and Portsmouth just never really turned up.It was boring for the fans as even the home fans were not enjoying the easy football being shown at Old Trafford.Ruud Van Nistlerooy scored the first goal after just 13 minutes.Dario Silva created a bit of drama as he was sent off in 38th minute and Rio Ferdinand finished it off in stoppage time at the end of the second half with a goal.
MOM:Rio Ferdinand
Goalscorers:Ruud Van Nistlerooy,Rio Ferdinand

Middlesborough vs Man City
The Riverside held a great match between Man City and Middlesborough.Boro ended up 3-1 winners but at one point it looked like Man City were in with a shout at 1-1.Yakubu opened the scoring after 2 minutes and then in the 87th minute to finish it off.At 1-0 down Man City clawed back with an Andy Cole goal after 31.But Just before half time Jimmy Floyd Hasslebank put Boro infront again with a penalty.
