Yes, The long awaited first version of the cricket coach 2009 has been released. This can be downloaded from,

Remember, the downloaded one is just for trial. We had to purchase it with the instructions given to experience the full feel of the game for longer runs.

Sorry, but it is true.

I know it is a one man effort, but CC09 is no where near as perfected as ICC and as long as ICC keeps its successful engine and improves it year by year then CC09 will always be second.

It's ok. The IPL's fun even if the scores are abit unrealistic. Just a few glaring bugs that annoy me though. There are at least 2 run outs every game which are caused by spinners having close fielders, the batsman knocks the ball straight to them and tries to run and gets run out, very annoying. My game keeps constantly failing and kicking me out as well. Not exactly something I'd pay ?20 for at the moment.

Its a trial, of the full game. Why is no-one getting this, it IS the full game.

GOD! Some people just don't listen.

And, ICC09 will be great in some ways, yet poor in others.

Any chance of that Oli Norwell fella sorting out these glaring bugs in the next few days? I'd be very tempted to buy if I can actually play the game for longer than half an hour before it crashes. I've only got 4 more start-ups left on my trial because of the bloody crashing.

This is hopeless, I just went to do a Career with NZ, and then it came up with New South Wales at the top. So I clicked on my squad and it had all the NZ players so I thought it was alright and that they just made a mistake. But then it simulated the whole twenty20 world cup and didn't let me play, then it came up with my next game against Victoria then it crashed.

How the hell do I play a game? I'm upo to Australia vs Pakistan and I click continue and it does nothing!

Think you need to go onto your squad and pick your XI before pressing continue.

A few have mentioned a bug with Australia, also Pakistan.

As KBC wisely said, its a one man effort, there will be bugs etc. but he'll work to eradicate them.
