Cricket Revolution Online Problem

I have cricket revolution and I'm bored playing with the CPU.When I go online,it says visitor was unable to connect.When i join,it says something about firewall.
My fire wall is off.Please help as I want to play online.

try playing on the Dedicated Servers.

None are available.I see one very rarely,but when two players go inside it(me & someone)no one starts it.

there is a problem in logging in from last couple of days. whenever i log in it goes into the lobby and after few seconds it got disconnected and showing the message: unable to find server. please admin do something to solve this problem. no matches have been completed since november 24 due to this problem.

@ I believe the guy who joins a dedicated server first has the option to start the game.
