Pacers bowling lots of slower balls

So, I was playing a test match between India and Australia in tour mode. Most of the Indian pacers were bowling 130 above with occasional 140s and 120s. But Umesh Yadav is one man who is bowling almost every delivery at 120 and occasional 110. How to fix this? Even, in reality he hardly bowls slower balls!

What mentality is he? Conservative/Precise tend to bowl slower in my experience. That or he might have a low bowling speed skill rating.

To be precise, its PRECISE! And yes, his bowling speed was at 49. will fix it!
