If anyone is looking to do the T10 league. The format is a little different that what C19 has. Now it's a 3 over batting power play - 2 outside circle - then 5 are aloud outside. I think they changed it because some scores were just ridiculous last year, 180 I think one game. Old rule was 3 outside circle the whole 10 overs.

They are not doing super overs until the playoffs. So i dunno how you want to do that. You'd think T10 would lend itself to have super overs, even if they were quicker, say one wicket, just cuz its already short, why not take the time to find a winner? Not my decision.
