Anyone ever tried this for fun?

Recently I started a game with Glouster and over the next two seasons signed 13 youth players. I then renamed them to people I use to play cricket with, and had them all starting. Wins are hard to come by, but it is great fun and a bit of a challenge.

Has anyone else tried this, and have you had much success?

i name players often with cricketers name whome i like

i renamed my proper senior players to my friends names

i renamed all my players in a game to simpson characters once, it wasnt as funny as i had hoped lol

Simpson characters. lol

Ive renamed them as the best cricketers at Int. level.
Played online its funny the reactions you get when people dont realize what you have done.
