It is not Due to Any Graphics Problem or Any other Driver Problem....
It is Because of you have not installed the correct version of vcredist_x86.exe
For applications developed with Visual C++ 2008, you should install the package from below link on the target machine.
Download details: Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
Install This to work the game if you will come with this error///////
