Batting and bowling help

Am new to this game...so I want to know how we can identify a ball is pitching off/middle/leg while batting?

While bowling how can we bowl outside off or leg....?

Preeeeeeeeeeetty sure there's dedicated threads already around the place with a simple search n'look. Interesting questions, I'm gonna assume you own the game legally and can therefore read the manual because that, and playing the tutorials and stuff will answer your questions.
