I'm pretty sure McCullum isn't playing for the Blues, and Mascarenhas isn't playing for Tassie. Tassie did sign Rana Naved earlier today though, he's a gun. (Y)

I really hope Tassie at least make it to the final so they get to play in the Champions League. In my opinion they can. With a strong bowling line-up of, Rana, Geeves and Drew and don't forget these two bowlers who'll win this for us, Krezja and Doherty. Sometimes in T/20's spinners are very hard to play, that's why whoever has Vettori (can't remember) will have a huge boost. Our batting's strong as well with Bailey, Paine, Birt, Dighton and Lockyear. Actually I found an interesting fact the other day, Michael Dighton has the best batting figures (111) and also bowling figures (6/23) in the big bash.

You, sir, are a legend.

Thanks a lot. I watch it as its around 2 PM for us and after lunch, I'll sleep for 3 to 4 hours.
I just put on TV (Star Cricket) and it'll be the one getting telecasted.
Then... Roll On..!!:banana2

But Tassies Lag behind in Batsmen.
They have only 1 batsman with international experience (Tim Paine).

IPL? What's that? :spy

Does this need another thread? Can't wait for it though, I'm going to the Vics v NSW game on the 2nd!

What I was just thinking, surely this is just Aussie domestic cricket?

Queensland only have Vettori for 1 game, or 2 if we make it to the preliminary final, he's unable to play in the side for the other matches.. but it will be good for our team to have such an experienced player in Vettori around, and hopefully he can teach Chris Simpson something. :D

I can smell, all tournament will move around Afridi;)

Maybe his bowling but Afridi is a failure with the bat these last few years

Not in T20,didn't you remember T20 semifinal and Final.
His bowling is almost unplayable for most of Aussies.

Did you see the rest of the tournament? He was hopeless. Afridi's batting has always been a lost cause. Every now and then he'll play a decent knock but other than that, 9 times out of ten, he's an epic fail.

Bowling has come along well though.
