Career Mode query

I started a career mode and opted for "Normal" as the selection difficulty. After playing a bunch of T20 games I don't think I've the appetite continuing with the club T20s for much longer and would like to graduate to the FC level ASAP.

Is it possible to change the selection difficulty to "Easy" or "Easiest" for a career that's already started so I don't have to slog in club cricket for a long time?

Yes just go into settings in career mode and change the selection difficulty value

Can you guide me to that particular setting? Or maybe post a pic where it can be done. I looked around but I wasn't able to find how to do it. The only difficulty levels I was able to change was the match type (i.e. Legend, Veteran, Pro etc.) or the batting & bowling ones (Hard, Medium, Custom etc.) just before the match started.
