ICC 3 Patch fix list and graphics issue

I don't really care atm, since my ICC III is refusing to let me play

How do you get the patch and get it to work. Do you have to go onto Network Game on the main menu. If so i go on that and try to install the patch but it never installs.

What do i do?

You go to a shop and spend some money and actually buy the game.
