ICC World Cricket League Division Three

Italy do, yes. Argentina and Uganda are promoted to Division Two, played at the end of the year. PNG and the Caymans stay in Division Three, next played in January/February 2009. Everyone else drops down to Division Four, played in the second half of 2008.

Hopefully they can get promoted back up to Division Three as soon as possible.

What are the divisions now? How low do they go?
