They are released in the international kitpack but will release an update soon and
MY GAME IS nearlyWORKING

They do, but you have to assign them yourself using Down the Pub

Down the Pub - make sure you have this directory
C:\Program Files\Xplosiv\International Cricket Captain 3

No need for anything to be in the folder just have that and it will work
