I have a problem that in my tool box there is no paintbucket. So what should I do to bring it on toolbox?

In Windows is "tools" ticked? If not tick that and your paintbucket should appear.
If it is already ticked then, you will see this white to black icon just below the history brush. Right click that (white to black icon) and you will find the paintbucket.

In the 2nd list, there is a gradient that goes from white to black. Its in the 2nd row. Next to the rubber.
