Today we got a chance to have a hot coffee and an exclusive interview with Steyn & Botha Cricket Academy Manager @CerealKiller . He welcomed us with open hands and was ready to thrash all the questions bowled in his way. I provide you the exclusive interview with a growing talented manager.

Q: We have almost come to the end of the season, What is your opinion about this series so far?



Q: Do you think you have a better chance of winning the upcoming Khaya Majola tournament ? Which team do you take as your rivalry.?



Q: Getting back to the current CSA series, Do you think your team as a chance against Mark Boucher academy in the 2nd Semi-finals?



Q: You say victory does not matter and giving chance to youngsters, spoken like a true manager. But seeing your record, till now you have utilized only 12 players out of 15, which is a strategy aiming towards winning and not giving youngsters a chance, which is totally opposite to your words. Doesn't seem to add, does it?



Q: Well looking at your previous clash with Mark Boucher academy was a disaster, your batsmen failed miserably going down for 85. Do you still think your players will be able to bounce back against them? Your comment.



Well that is a series accusation put forward by @CerealKiller against Mark Boucher Cricket Academy manager @Jack Ryder , the result of the second semi-finals raises the suspicion that it might be true. Well this also brings in the question of what CSA Youth Academy management role is in this? are they blinded or choose to be blind? we will soon get to the depth of this in our next edition.

It is always said that there is just a small difference between confidence and over confidence, I can strongly say that @CerealKiller had the perfect amount of confidence on his players and their performance in the semi-finals proved it. Finally we like to thank @CerealKiller for his time and we like to congratulate SBC on their huge victory in the semi-finals and hope they do the same in the finals.

"SBC vs MBC off the field battle"

The Semifinal might have got over on the field but the war between SBC and MBC still continuous off the field. After a strong accusation from SBC manager @CerealKiller , the MBC manager as said that he strongly objects this and will be taking the issue to the management. Is this a talk frustration of loosing the semifinals?

This is ridiculous.@Cerealkiller is just talking garbage.He should have the guts to admit his team lost because of their bad playing instead of accusing others of foul play.I accept our todays defeat as a man that this defeat was because of our shortcomings and not because of someone influencing the groundsman to make a pitch supporting batsmen.I will take this issue of accusing me to the board and might even file a defamation case against @CerealKiller.

We tried to contact @CerealKiller on this issue but he was busy with upcoming finals. So to resolve this issue we will soon have a short interview with the management to get to the depth of it after the finals.

Tzaneen Lions and Styne and Botha Cricket Academy will be facing each other in the finals soon, may the best team win.

I don't know whats going on behind the scenes but it smell of corruption.
If @CerealKiller would have been a good manager he would have remembered it was the CSA Youth development board who ordered the match to be played on poor pitch.Anybody can check that on the official match report.

Firstly @NaviN GandhI you should not have taken any words from a two faced manager to be true.The manager who claims he wants to develop the youth and gives them opportunities has three players on the bench who has yet to play a singke match.

Secondly,this is no frustration as I have said our batting was not upto the level of a winning team.There is more work to be done.

What a finish! A nail-biter to the very end. Well played to both teams, but in the end, there can be only one winner. Steyn & Botha Academy will breathe a sigh of relief after today's match and will be hoping to be more authoritative in the next one. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. Seam benefited greatly throughout the day. These two teams were fairly evenly matched so it was tough to predict the outcome. That being said Steyn & Botha Academy proved to be the stronger in the end and snatched victory.
