Lol if you're referring to Meares and Pendleton again, you should read up on the rules and watch a replay. Pendleton must stay within the red line. She crossed that line and risked colliding, which is why Meares elbowed her away. This cost Meares the burst of speed she showed in the next race to win it by a mile, hence the penalty.
