Making an all NSW Save

1st win, but series loss

I cannot believe I won with this lot.

Ferguson scored 80 and Borgas got 68*.

I had RSA at 3-47 but Boucher and de Villiers fought back.

Lost the series 4-1 but a win was great. Cosgrove is lacking in the batting department which is frustrating as he is supposedly my best batsman.

T20 World Cup

First game v the WIndies...

We won!

The bowlers were doing okay then Dan Christian pulls a hat-trick from nowhere. The score got a bit too much in the last few overs as Chanderpaul could not be dismissed.

But in the batting - Dan Harris got a half century against the odds (according to the rankings he is on 905 in batting ability).

Great game but we will see how the Sri Lankans handle the South Australian side.

Wow I've started quite a trend.

I reckon others teams have a better team and NSW. NSW has to dig deep into their depth when taking out internationals. Other states dont have to do this as much.

Soon Watson, Lee, Clark, Hauritz etc could be coming into my team if they don't play much cricket for Australia.

Bringing Watson into the team ASAP, and if Lee and Clark don't play in the third Test, I will bring them in too.

yeah, NSW have too many internationals.

Phillip Hughes, Simon Katich, Michael Clarke, Shane Watson (I guess), Stuart Clark, Nathan Bracken, Doug Bollinger, Brett Lee, Nathan Hauritz, David Warner and could have Phil Jaques, Moises Henriques and maybe soon a few more.

I love our all young guns and watching them run around in real life so I desperately wanted to play them (didn't select warner though) so I had one spot left and it was between Bracken and Jaques. Because I was bowling heavy I picked Jaques. Jaques and Bollinger arent internationals.

Hughes is available now. :p

Beat West Indies earlier, pretty convincing win. Lots of big scores, plus a ton from Thornely, off like 500 balls. Bowled them out for 118 in the second innings to win.

I'd be willing to start one up, basing my selections on those who play in the most recent match for Australia, opening up guys like Hughes, Lee and Bracken. Or possibly a game where I use only state players (from all states), meaning no current or recent internationals, slightly increasing my chances of victory, sort of an Australia A side

Decided to have a go at this with SA. Somehow after 2 games against South Africa the series is 1-1.

Ive created the best squads and the best xi for each state so someone can just pick up and play any state they wish. I must say Victoria, NSW & WA are unbelievable but the other states didnt have enough players to pick a balanced squad for

Nice list, however I would definitely opt for not using current internationals, kind of defeats the point
