Hamilton Masakadza (PLAYER OF THE TOURNAMENT)
For his dominant performances which led to Zimbabwe's title victory, particularly against the white ball, the player of the tournament is Zimbabwe's Hamilton Masakadza. Never did he fail to make a match-winning innings in the limited overs matches, and if his performances in the first-class matches seemed ordinary, it was due in no small part to the excellence of his white-ball exploits. He cemented his reputation as arguably the best black cricketer in Africa.
