The Outlaws were shocked to learn that PCPL management had published Brett Lee, the Outlaws bowling coach, as a Star Player available for the upcoming auction for the upcomiYng season. This announcement was made without the PCPL having properly informed the Outlaws of the intention to steal our star bowling coach despite PCPL knowing of a contractual relationship between Mr Lee and The Outlaws.

It is the position of the Outlaws that the contact that exists between Mr Lee and the Outlaws is valid and legally binding. While we acknowledge that it is preferable to seek an alternative resolution, as Mr Lee is an Australian citizen and resident and the Outlaws are incorporated as a team in Australia, it is also acknowledged that the Outlaws would be entitled to the determination of the validity of the contract through the Australian courts.

Attempts to contact Mr Lee by the Outlaws resulted in a statement that indicated that Mr Lee is committed to the Outlaws, and undue pressure was exerted by PCPL in 'negotiations'.

At this stage, it is not the Outlaws intention to peruse PCPL management for breach of trust violations. The Outlaws are happy to work with the PCPL management for the good of the game. In consideration of Mr Lee's status as a star player and the damage done to the Outlaws in the leadup to the next season, the Outlaws are seeking the ability to sign a star player of our choice prior to the auctions as compensation.

So everyone else gets 300,000 vCash and the Outlaws 350,000. Ergo Outlaws get 'an additional 50,000 vCash to The Outlaws budget' I think this is a weak offer, however we shall consult.

The funny thing is, they reckon the PCPL are actually going to make concessions for them, never in a rain of pigs pudding!

Brett Lee was on his way to meet the pcpl management to decide his future in pcpl after he was released from the formal contract of playing for XX.

He revealed that outlaws 'pressurized' him and signed him for free of cost to be their coach. Seeing what Outlaws did to Mr. Lee, PCPL mgt. has given him the central contract to be the part of star players pool in the upcoming auction.

PCPL Management reserve the rights to take away the contract of the team OutLaws participation in the season anytime. But because of their willingness to free Mr. Lee from his 'forceful' contract, made the team safe from getting dismissed.

I think the PCPL has not allowed the teams to sign any staff members except the Head Coach until the auction, so your signing of Lee was illegal in the first place and your team shall be punished.

The Outlaws threaten to sue the PCPL Management for contract tempering. Regardless of the statement that PresidentEvil made saying that he was 'pressurised' into -MENTION THE THING YOU'RE ACCUSING US OF-. He was in no position to breach the contract, as the provisions in his contract clearly state that he will 'coach the Outlaws in the bowling department'. That can not change, and he can not be relinquished of his contract and be auctioned off without the knowledge of the Outlaws unless his contract expires or is frozen. In this case, it was neither. So the PCPL Management has to take the piss.

In addition to what NMA said. The statement from PE is further proof that the PCPL is running scared. The statement quoted would mean that would be a contract without consideration. For PE to make that statement is in itself libelous and even if true, demonstrates the lack of control that the PCPL has over the teams. Any court in any land would throw that out.

PE's statement, when taken with the original release, continue to paint a picture of improper PCPL conduct.
