I can get it to around 17.5KB without sacrificing too much detail. I'll have to cut down some layers, but the bonus is that if Big Ant Studios ever increase the file size limit, then there is a perfect version ready to go.

Really is one of the best tips I can give for logo creating. Always save a fully detailed master copy of all your work. You never know when you might need it, and if you don't keep the masters, then you might have to go back and remake them in the future.

Found out what font they use too. It's basically a font called Ravenscroft, with a slight alteration to the G of Gladiators.

So my game decided to destroy all the logos I had downloaded and basically I've had to restart my whole game. Luckily enough I uploaded these Stadiums; Rawalpindi, Jinnah, KRL Ground, Diamond Club Ground, Niaz Stadium, Lahore City Association, WAPDA Ground and United Bank Limited Sports Complex. (One of these grounds is also a football ground for the Pakistan Premier League, with no images available, I just copied the non league football ground near me!)

I also made up a PIA logo quickly.

Hopefully will get everything back again, and then will try and finish off the stadiums.
