can someone please tell me how to install faces other than using the GD kit replacer

The only way is to use the GD Kit Replacer. What problems are you having with that?

Mike, you can use the Graphic Importer. Enter the two offsets found in the teams.txt add 112 and enter them in the bmplist.txt
