Ps4 Career file got corrupted

My ps4 career file got corrupted, had just got into international teams. Playing career since launch. invested hundred of hours in it.When i try to to continue ,i saw corrupted file listed in career. Any help will be appreciated.

download the last saved one from the cloud? or an older saved file from the cloud?

Problem is i didnt had ps,plus,for cloud save. Guess i lost it

Can any of the developer check into it, I lost hundred of hours of game play. I wish i had made back up but had never heard of ps4 career file corruption.

Ive had it before to some degree, but the it loaded the previous match somehow by itself...i have cloud backup so maybe it loaded it from there not sure.
