Yes [Window Key + R] is correct shortcut for it.

I found 1 more run command "photoshop" (If installed).
Similarly type "mspaint" and it should be open.

mate, these are nice and helpful info!!!! I never knew this before...good find mate!!!!

Lol Saurabh! I thought you said some run commands

Run is very powerful and useful part of Windows which many people ignore or didn't know its function, these commands are "some" as there are many more such type of commands.
:onpc
E.g:- regedit (should not use it unless you are sure what you are doing)
and msconfig (useful for removing unwanted startup programs)

excellent post saurabh...
this is very well compiled.

i must admit i knew only about half of them...

would like to add "wmplayer.exe" - windows media player

also...

"winword" - microsoft word
"excel" - microsoft excel
"iexplore" - microsoft internet explorer
"firefox" - mozilla firefox (obviously, if installed ;))
"command" - windows 98 command prompt. (yes it works with XP too...)
"winzip" - winzip
"winrar" - winRAR
"explorer" - windows explorer

"edit" - will open the MS-DOS text editor

you can also directly type the url of any website...
for instance, www.planetcricket.org
this will open the site in the default browser.

Unless you have your default browser set to firefox or something else

yeah.

Although I hardly use the above, as typing takes more time for me to open.

I generally use above to access userpassword2.
and hidden options

hey guys another one for you like Saurabh said type photoshop in run and it will open... if you have imageready than you can also type imageready and it will open it :p:D
