The two Captains goes out to flip the coin...

Its a Dry pitch and might crack later on and will give alot of spin so Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first and bat on the pitch while it doesnt have to many cracks.

The two teams go out onto the field with Pakistan bating first. Pakistan will have to go out there knowing that they have to get a good start and keep their wickets in hand.

pollockbowler1jb5.png

The most experienced bowler Pollock will open the bowling attack

After a good over from pollock only letting one run go the second opening bowler comes into the attack Makhaya Ntini.
ntinibowler2bn7.png

After the first two balls of Ntini they tried to get a run in but the Proteas are know for their fielding and gets the run out of Imran Farhat and goes for 4 runs. He looks very upset maybe it is his partner(Mohammad Hafeez) who made the call.
runoutimranfarhatvf8.png

As you can see the replay shows he wasnt even close to making the run. Pakistan will have to be more carefull if they want to win this game.

New Batsman arrives at the crease Younis Khan

After a poor start from Pakistan they where hoping for a good partnership to start and these two batsman at the crease started to look like it but hasnt gone far enough yet for a good enough partnership
Younis khan was the one starting things with a four and he was really targeting Ntini.

Later on he hit ntini for a six!

Shaun Pollock was making it really diffucult keeping the batsman guessing and not allowing them to get too many runs.

Pakistan are starting to get into the game and focusing with M.Hafeez and Y.Khan bringing up the 50 partnership and has gone past 50 and their onto a 58 partnership but Younis Khan might just be russing things a little bit because he is going for the big hits and not focusing more on singels but at the moment Pakistan recover nicely from that early blow to the batting side.

These two batsman are really starting to trouble South Africa. Younis Khan is on 47 and Mohammad Hafeez on 38 both are playing some wonderfull cricket shots.

In the 21 first over its Ntinis over when he bowls a beutiful delivery and Younis Khan decides to play it and gets an edge on it and AB de Villiers takes a great catch and brings the first wicket for Ntini, You could see the disapointment on his face when he is dismissed.

Next batsman to the crease is Mohammad Yousuf

mohammadhafeez50runsdb5.png

Mohammad Hafeez was really starting to trouble the bowlers and the bowlers just don't seem to get a break through Mohammad Hafeez should try to move on to a century.

After a pretty good comeback from Pakistan things just go wrong for them again when Mohammad Yousuf tries to hit the ball out of the ground and hits it to Jacque Rudolph who takes an outstanding catch

myousufsu1.jpg

myousufbpollockpe6.png

With the loss of Mohammad Yousuf it brings Pakistan's captain to the crease Inzaman-ul-Haq
nuwebatsmanpv6.png

And that gives G.Smith the perfect opurtunity to bring a New bowler into the attack Andre Nel
andrenelbowlingattackns1.png

Pakistan should try their best to get at least to a score of 300 if they want to stay in the game.

Graeme Smith soon decides to make a bowling change and bring Paul Harris into the attack and Graeme Smith will be hoping to get another wicket from him.
