With the form both team are in, expect NZ to win both the tests, if weather permits.

Sri Lanka were rather average vs the NZ XI which featured players who were only just starting to play FC level cricket or were previous u-19 players so not really a good start to the tour

What a terrific comeback from the Kiwis !!! After being put into bat on the toughest of conditions that too on the first day of the Test match and getting bowled out on 178, who would've thought that Sri Lanka would concede a 74 run lead. And once again Tom Latham scoring a big hundred at top of the order, he has shown a big improvement to become one of the very best Test openers in world Cricket right now after a slow start to his Test career. Also a brilliant innings from Henry Nicholls who scored equally big so as the big-man Colin de Grandhomme showing us that he doesn't care about the pressure of Test Cricket with some brute hitting at the end setting up a target of 660 for Sri Lanka.

Good start from the bowlers to get early wickets. This is going to be an easy win for the Kiwis. :cheers:nz:

Kiwi's were never out of the match even though they were bowled cheaply. If it was Australia/England/India or South Africa they might have had some trouble but with Sri Lanka and that sought of wicket, Sri Lanka were just one wicket away from collapsing.

Tom Latham has had a fantastic year and great to see him bat for 800 deliveries only in the two test so far. Williamson as a captain is the best amongst all the captains with Faf being second best. Will be interesting to see if Sri Lanka can hold onto yet another test match for a draw?

Thisara Perera has absolutely destroyed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pure carnage, sadly ended up on the losing side[DOUBLEPOST=1546681528][/DOUBLEPOST]Could have been the 3rd best odi innings ever

My god! What an innings from Perera!
