Steam CA Update "1.00.00n"

There's an update on Steam available now that has changes to textures show in real time automatically as you save them.

This negates the requirement to load/exit the Academy while editing.

Those that have two screens should see the Academy update whenever save is hit in the paint program you are using.

This is actually a fantastic bit of programing.. No other game/program that I've used has ever had this kinda function.. it's always, at the least, close out of the image that the texture is referenced in before it'll reflect the change, alot are close the program and reopen (even more won't even let you save over the texture if it's in use by the program that uses it).

In the previous version I actually got it to work simply by changing team, then going back to the team I was editing. Obviously this functionality in the new Demo is much quicker, but there was a way to avoid closing down the Demo completely.

If you are lucky enough to have 2 monitors it really works well.

One on the Academy and the other in the paint program is very efficient.

Tell me about it.. First World Problems..

My other issue is trying to get the other 4 monitors work are 'throwing out' into the back seat of my car without being seen..

I'm being serious, by the way, they are being discarded as they're old, small and have since been replaced.. actually was not considering hooking them up to the PC, that already has 3 x 22 inch screens, but could use a 4th for the PS3 in my room, a 5th for the Tablet.. a 6th.. for.. well... who knows.. lol
