well..there are TONS better in image editing than me
although competitions are always nice

Really? Because I have just damaged my knee at cricket nets about 40 minutes ago. Slamming my right foot down, the right side of my knee feels stiff and aches when I walk on it. Strain of a ligament perhaps?

You could either have damaged the miniscule cartelidge or if you're really unlucky one of the ligaments - most likely anterior or posterior cruciate ligaments.
