That's a cracking view in the first picture

Yeah - I love the lake district. This was taken from the top of "Barf" - named after Lord Barf who had a drunken bet that he could ride his horse to the summit and back. Apparently both horse and rider died in the attempt! That's the Derwentwater in the pic, with Skiddaw being the range in the background.
