I used Fraps for Screen Capturing. It saves the games as an AVI file. Which can be compressed to different file formats using lot of softwares. I used Windows movie maker because its free and also allows u to add external audio. I didn't record game audio becaue then the video would have got some bumps in playback. As the maximum processing power is required while capturing from screen. Mine is only P4 1.6 so if u have better processor u can also record game audio. Hope that helps.
