Yeah, Jaime deserves a big hand (no pun intended) for becoming one of the few good guys as the series progresses. This song on the other hand is actually about his father Tywin Lannister, and his obliteration of House Reyne years before the story picks off in the first season.

Always feel I should read the books considering the series is very good.
