Where to get richtx32.ocx from?

I used Parkash's confiure editor but i get this msg.the word file gives a link to the download but the link is dead.any help,guys?

You can download the file by clicking here. Just put the file to the same folder as the editor.

Once you have downloaded it, make sure you register the control as well.
Pop richtx32.ocx into your C:\Windows\System32 folder
Now it is time to register the file.

To do this:
Go to Start > Run
Type in regsvr32 richtx32.ocx
Hit enter

And then it's done!
