At a guess, turn off download managers.

It works with everything
SP1,SP2, and non service pack

And hey mani here is a cool software wich allows you to use a download manager even if the download is designedin such a way so as to block download managers

It's called
"Find File"

edit:: it is only a theme , it changes the log in and some other looks
