well not long now until English cricket season, but for all sports what pumps you up? looking for some of the PC failthful to imform me to their pre match routines, or what gets them pumped before a game, run, training or even a night out on the town!

Elevation by U2 and Right Here Right Now by Fatboy Slim are good to exercise to because you can time your exercises with the music. To get me motivated you cant beat Club Foot by Kasabian and even Ready To Go by Republica. When I am ready to go to a game I listen to a recording of the Norwich crowd signing On The Ball City and keep it in my head until the game starts. It works.

Before cricket I just go do a couple of laps of the pitch, maybe pump some iron in the morning but don't want to feel stiff so not much.
