First Open Your Picture To Create Painting
For Example Shane Watson

Then Go To Filter -> Brush Strokes -> Ink Outline.

And Then Noise -> Dust & Scratches.

Then Take Again The Picture.

And Resize It,With The Picture.

And Then Go To Layers -> Darken.

And Ready​

Mate, Sorry, but have to stop the fun but you're horribly worse at covering up. Not to demean you but those 'Painting' you call are just pre-defined, plastered, effects, The BASIC effects that are in Photoshop, a kindergarten kid can do that and everyone was actually making fun of you, and done you!

Don't feel bad but you gotta stop and find another way of making real graphics now.
