I replaced all my teams when I started, but there are a list of players who were made as overpowered:

Marcus North - Premier wicket taker in First Class Cricket
Alex Doolan
John Hastings

In my Career Mode, Alex Doolan, Shaun Marsh and Glenn Maxwell nearly always make 100+ against me. In one match, Maxwell made 201* in the first innings and 153* in the second.

Probably a good time to remind people that there was a career mode glitch which impacted on player skills/ratings up until the release of the 1st patch. Any career which you started prior to the 1st patch would need to be restarted to avoid players having the wrong skills assigned.
