I feel low now... Just because I feel, I am not getting the respect or attention which I think deserve through my current or my past league... I do lot of work in it... But still..... So I quitting Planet Cricket... Good Bye Friends...

To be frank, if you do things for your own satisfaction and with determination instead of doing it for some respect, you'll automatically earn more than you expect I suppose. You're a first class league manager, I love your hard-work that you put in presentations. Just keep in mind that people don't describe it often doesn't really mean they don't have applause at your skills. Get back to it, you've been taking tremendous efforts in leagues section since you started your first league, just don't leave that all suddenly for that particular reason else chances are that you'd lost all the praise we have for you.

That's not going to happen. It isn't like that the mangers don't like your presentation and the hard work you do. I myself admit that managing league is a very very though job especially for a student as it takes lot of time; it's same for the managers but, I believe that managing league is one of the toughest task here. You have completed some leagues if I'm right (don't get me wrong if I'm wrong - I don't keep the league numbers in deem
) and that's very good. Don't be like that, okay? after all, you have the potential to be special just don't look at what you don't have. Last but not the least, don't leave.

How to increase role of a manager when league matches are going on ?(i.e. after drafts)
I mean that, he does post the playing XI. But it takes less than a minute to decide as he can clearly see his playing XI while drafting. Also, only 2 or 3 players are in and out of the playing XI as managers give their squad for further matches. This is also hardly a minute work as opposed to the hard work done during drafts.
Though some league creators also ask managers to take 'injuries' into account. But still, posting playing XI is a 1 minute task. So how to increase the role of managers ?
