Technically yes, but he's not on the official teams' lists so I figured he wasn't.

Yesterday I asked RUDI if there were any unsold players left and Shailesh's name is the only one that came up. So if the boss said he's unsold, it clearly means he's unsold.

I personally do not see the problem allowing The Avengers to bench him until he is unbanned.
