Cricket Leagues Feedback, Discussions & Announcements

I have an idea for a story inspired by video games like Super Mario Bros or any platformer game (is that what it's called) where you start with a cricket team and then win all these matches in a way like completing a level and defeating different bosses until you meet the final boss (villain is always Australia in my mind). but it's going to be told in a video game style like with dialogues and stuff. or it could be a movie like the Avengers.

Another idea I had was doing a "What If..." series where we try to contemplate how things would have unfolded if certain results were flipped like 2019 wc final, 1983 final, 1999 semi, 23 wc final, 19 ashes headingley, 15 wc semi sa vs nz, 07 t20 wc final etc. Or certain players never got injured like Shane Bond. This is something I am not sure I have enough knowledge to go through with. Honestly, sounds cool for this to be a collaborate effort. Maybe we could even do it like one person, one match/event.

Will I be allowed to start a league in the champions league section ?? Is there anything the league needs to satisfy

For that I would say your league would have to be nation-based (standard 7/4 local to overseas ratio) and preferably based in a nation that doesn't already have an established premier league/cup currently associated with the Champions League.

Or you could also opt for one whose already established league is on sabbatical. For eg I have no clue which year I will next resume either ELA or the Europa Cup if at all, so there's an idea. Keep that in mind and you're good to go.

I'm planning on doing the Major League Cricket in USA, it fulfills all the criteria except the overseas ratio which will be 5/6 (Local to Overseas) due to the depth level in US domestic and how MLC actually operates. But from my experience I don't think every league follows that ratio anyway, Pillow procter's Shpageeza league had a 6-5 ratio for local to overseas.
