well ive decided if im going to make this we need some ground rules....

1) maximum of 8 teams
2) you are drafted a county (random draft pick)
3) you only have 2 years to build your team (negotiable)
4) Two groups of 4 (Australia and England with a semi final final set up)

this would set an even playing field and create a good competition, if your keen or want to suggest something else POST IT UP!
