I don't see any thread of one of the important leagues from Pakistan's Prespective, The PSL is finally taking off for its first edition today. A League which deserved to be in the first place many years ago but finally its gearing up. Here is the Schedule. There would be five teams competing each other having a blend of players from Pakistani Domestic, International and Forigen International Players. Watson, Gayle, Peterson, Shakib ul Hasan to name a few prominent ones.

I would support all teams but quite tilting towards Peshawar Zalmi because of Shahid Afridi and some other exciting players there. It would be fun to watch :). Here is the schedule

Well, I am posting here, PSL is going great guns at the moment. New players are joining as they are getting free from their international cricket work likes of Elliot and Sangakara is joining as well from 14th Feb as I have heard in the news. The players are happy and enjoying the cricket out there in the UAE. Alhamdulillah :thumbs

I'm surprised this isn't busier as the PSL has had a big viewing audience, may be the thread should be moved to the general section?

I've caught some of the matches over here in the UK via online streams and have been very impressed, especially after years of dull t20 cricket in England, than the IPL and the stagnant Caribbean league, this and the Big Bash have reignited my interest in the format. A great battle between bat and ball has taken place in almost every match and whenever the batsmen have hit a good innings, you know they have earned it.
