Altering test team in career mode

Hi,
I changed the Australian test team to the current before i started my career. Im an alrounder batting at 6.
I want to change the test team because it has Kelvin Smith opening the batting with Dave Warner. I have Bancroft opening with Warner, so unsure why Kelmin Smith has been selected.
How can I change this?

Once you become captain you get to pick the team.
