Logos wiped out?!

Has this happened to anyone? How to avoid this happening again?

I can't remember what I might have done to trigger that. But ya... I went in and all the teams had no uniforms etc., custom logos were all gone

I had the same problem with DBC17 on the PS4, I started saving the logos onto a flash drive and they were easy to recover after that.

Thanks. Not sure how to do that. But anyhow, it happened again just now and I'm quite sure the culprit is when I share/save a stadium... so I won't be touching that anymore. Don't need to anyway.
